CHANGE & RETURNS
1. Would you prefer a different size of the item you have ordered? Make sure to return the item exactly as written down below. You can immediately place a new order via our webshop.
1. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request to return the item(s) and please mention your ordernumber.
2. Please fill in the return invoice correctly and attach this together with your order in the box.
3. Use the returnlabel and drop off your package at any DPD or DHL location, at own cost.
4. Please make sure you save your trackingnumber and proof of shipment untill we have processed your return.
The requirements for returns:
- PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are considered as finale sale and are unable to be returned for a refund or credit.
- The items should be unworn, undamaged and unwashed. Please make sure to send back the package with the items in perfect condition.
- After receiving your order at home, it is possible to return the items within 14 days, at own cost and including the original packaging.
- Please make sure to correctly fill in the return invoice, insert the invoice and indicate with a cirkel which items are returned and the reason why.
Only if your return meets all the requirements we will refund your money within 10 days after receiving the return. If your return does not meet al the requirements we will not be able to process your return and we will not refund your money. Please make sure that you keep your Track & Trace until the return is processed by us.
If you have chosen for Afterpay we will make sure to stop this process when all the items are returned or adjust the amount.
